Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for safeguarding the financial health, stability, and long term sustainability of the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee financial operations including accounting, cost control, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise accounting teams and ensure timely completion of audits and financial statements.
• Prepare management reports, financial models, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, profitability analysis, and contract evaluation.
• Provide financial insights for expansion plans, resource allocation, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and strong governance practices.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (preference for North Indian certified professionals as specified).
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, reporting systems, and ERP/financial software.
• Leadership capability with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strategic thinking.
