Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand isometric drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication sketches.
• Measure, cut, bevel, and shape pipes using appropriate tools and machinery.
• Assemble pipe spools, fittings, supports, and components with precise alignment.
• Conduct fit‑ups and prepare joints for welding, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and QC teams to meet project timelines.
• Perform on-site adjustments, modifications, and rework as required.
• Maintain fabrication tools and ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.
• Support installation activities during shutdowns, turnarounds, and new construction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of pipe fitting and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with high accuracy.
• Hands on experience in industrial, oil & gas, or EPC project environments.
• Physical stamina, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools, grinders, cutting machines, and measuring instruments.
