At ASGC, WPRs ensure that all field activities are executed only after verifying safety controls, site readiness, and compliance with approved procedures. Aramco-certified WPRs are especially valued for their knowledge of permit systems, hazard identification, and operational safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Work Permit System for all site activities.
- Review Job Safety Analyses (JSA), method statements, and risk assessments.
- Verify that all hazard controls, isolations, and safety measures are in place before work begins.
- Conduct site inspections to confirm readiness and compliance with permit conditions.
- Communicate with operations, safety, and construction teams to prevent unsafe activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of permits, approvals, and daily logs.
- Ensure that work is carried out strictly within the validity and scope of the permit.
- Stop or suspend work if unsafe conditions are identified.
- Support incident prevention through proactive monitoring and coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Aramco WPR certification (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of work permit systems, hazard identification, and site safety.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and operational controls.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced industrial environments.
