Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Work Permit System for all site activities.
• Review Job Safety Analyses (JSA), method statements, and risk assessments.
• Verify that all hazard controls, isolations, and safety measures are in place before work begins.
• Conduct site inspections to confirm readiness and compliance with permit conditions.
• Communicate with operations, safety, and construction teams to prevent unsafe activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of permits, approvals, and daily logs.
• Ensure that work is carried out strictly within the validity and scope of the permit.
• Stop or suspend work if unsafe conditions are identified.
• Support incident prevention through proactive monitoring and coordination.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Aramco WPR certification (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of work permit systems, hazard identification, and site safety.
• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and operational controls.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced industrial environments.
