Material Receiving QC Inspectors ensure that all incoming materials meet project specifications, certification requirements, and quality standards. Their role is essential for maintaining material integrity and preventing non‑conforming items from entering the construction cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify incoming materials, equipment, and components.
- Check material certificates, heat numbers, and traceability documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, purchase orders, and international standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage and handling.
- Identify non-conforming materials and initiate NCRs when required.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
- Communicate with procurement, engineering, and QC teams to resolve discrepancies.
Skills & Qualifications
- CBT-passed QC Inspector (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of material verification and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASTM, ASME, API).
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse and material handling processes.
