Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. <br>
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, following up to ensure resolution. <br>
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including comments, complaints, and solutions. <br>
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and enhance the customer experience. <br>
- Inform customers about company products, services, and policies with clarity and professionalism. <br>
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
- Proficiency in the English language (verbal and written) is required; multilingual proficiency is a plus. <br>
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. <br>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. <br>
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. <br>
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
