Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical data.
- Evaluate risks, value engineering options, and project feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Support negotiation processes and provide clarification during tender evaluations.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of proven experience in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Strong background in tendering, estimation, and costing for medium to large‑scale projects.
- Solid technical and commercial understanding of construction and engineering practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Immediate availability will be considered a strong advantage.
