The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, tracking materials, and ensuring timely availability of supplies required for project operations. This role is essential for maintaining workflow efficiency, preventing material shortages, and supporting smooth coordination between procurement, site teams, and management.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems regularly.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items.
• Monitor material usage and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Professional Requirements

• Experience in warehouse/store management within industrial or construction settings.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software or manual stock‑keeping methods.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid Iqama, Muqeem, and required project documentation.
