Core Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical teams, including fitters, technicians, and helpers.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and verify that mechanical systems are installed correctly.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the workforce.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates.

Professional Requirements

• Strong background in mechanical systems within industrial or construction projects.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Iqama, Muqeem, and all required regulatory documents.
