Pipe Fabricator

The Pipe Fabricator will be responsible for the precise fabrication, cutting, preparation, and assembly of piping systems according to project specifications and industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in reading isometric drawings, interpreting fabrication sketches, and executing high‑accuracy measurements. The candidate must be capable of working independently and coordinating with welders, fitters, and supervisors to ensure timely and high‑quality completion of fabrication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble pipes according to isometric drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication plans.
• Perform accurate cutting, grinding, beveling, and preparation of pipe materials.
• Ensure proper alignment, fit‑up, and tack welding support for welders.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production targets and fabrication schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and efficient condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company HSE guidelines.
• Support installation teams when required during shutdowns or project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of pipe fabrication techniques and industrial standards.
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and fabrication sketches.
• Skilled in using fabrication tools such as grinders, cutting machines, beveling tools, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of different pipe materials (CS, SS, alloy) and thickness levels.
• High accuracy in measurement, alignment, and fit‑up.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in pipe fabrication within construction, industrial, or contracting environments.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Must hold valid Iqama and be ready to provide all required documents in one PDF.
• Vendor Code required.
