Carpenter

The Carpenter will perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including formwork, shuttering, installation, repair, and finishing work for construction and maintenance projects. The role requires hands‑on experience in industrial carpentry, strong knowledge of measurement techniques, and the ability to work efficiently under project timelines. The candidate must be dependable, safety‑conscious, and capable of delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, formwork, and shuttering for concrete works.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to project requirements.
• Prepare layouts, templates, and frameworks for construction activities.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity.
• Operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet daily work targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas in compliance with HSE standards.
• Assist in general site tasks when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of formwork, shuttering, and industrial carpentry techniques.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools such as saws, drills, hammers, levels, and measuring devices.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction or industrial carpentry.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Must hold valid Iqama and be ready to provide all required documents in one PDF.
• Vendor Code required.
