About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to join a private early childhood center in Dammam. The ideal candidate brings strong classroom management, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young learners through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education along with a bachelor’s degree
Professional Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience working with this age group
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctuality and discipline in work schedules
- Ability to modify behavioral methods using positive reinforcement
Personal Skills
- High level of activity and energy
- Proficiency in display methods (walls, bulletin boards, educational tools) to enrich lessons
- Creative and social personality that helps children engage
- Ability to manage a classroom and communicate with children
