Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team and support an active, fast‑moving project. We are looking for a hands‑on, practical professional with strong experience across steel, civil, and electrical works, and the ability to keep operations organized, efficient, and on schedule.

As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all daily site activities run smoothly and safely. You will coordinate workers and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly to keep the project moving forward.

You will work closely with engineers and project management, oversee permits and compliance, and maintain a professional, well‑organized site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site
• Oversee steel erection, civil works, and electrical installations
• Coordinate manpower and assign tasks clearly and effectively
• Enforce safety rules, site regulations, and compliance procedures
• Manage work permits and ensure all documentation is in order
• Monitor work quality and address deficiencies promptly
• Track daily progress and provide concise updates
• Maintain clear communication with engineers, subcontractors, and management
• Support inspections and ensure site readiness at all times
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor
• Strong technical knowledge of steel, civil, and electrical works
• Solid understanding of safety practices and site regulations
• Experience handling work permits and site documentation
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to manage workers effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with strong command of English (native‑level preferred)
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
• Practical problem‑solver with a strong sense of responsibility on site
