Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and construction operations
• Oversee steel erection, civil works, and electrical installations
• Manage manpower and coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Enforce safety standards and site regulations at all times
• Manage work permits and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Monitor work quality and address issues promptly
• Prepare concise daily reports and progress updates
• Maintain clear communication with management and site teams
• Support inspections, testing, and approvals
• Assist with material planning and site logistics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site environment
• Identify potential delays or risks and escalate them early

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer
• Strong technical knowledge of steel erection, civil construction, and electrical works
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and site compliance
• Experience handling work permits and site documentation
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English (native-level preferred)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
