About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified <b>HSE Officer</b> (Aramco Approved, Offshore Experienced) to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in challenging offshore environments. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Science and have 6–10 years of experience in Aramco projects, including a minimum of 5 years in marine/offshore roles. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, delivering training sessions, and maintaining adherence to Aramco and international HSE standards. Candidates must hold certifications such as ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH Environmental Diploma (preferred), and offshore training credentials like BOSIET, H2S Awareness, and First Aid. Prior Aramco approval is mandatory. Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at offshore work sites. <br>
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections. <br>
- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures in accordance with Aramco regulations. <br>
- Provide safety training and awareness sessions to workers. <br>
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses. <br>
- Ensure adherence to offshore safety protocols and international HSE standards. <br>
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, and training sessions. <br>
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications and Experience:</b> <br>
- Education: <br> Minimum bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Engineering/Science or a related field. <br>
- Experience: <br>
- 6–10 years of experience in Aramco projects. <br>
- Minimum 5 years of relevant <b>marine/offshore</b> experience. <br>
- Overall, 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. <br>
- Certifications: <br>
- Lead Auditor ISO 14001. <br>
- NEBOSH Environmental Diploma (preferred). <br>
- Offshore training certifications, including: <br>
- BOSIET/FOET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training). <br>
- H2S Awareness. <br>
- First Aid & BLS (Basic Life Support). <br> <br> <b>- Additional Requirements:</b> <br>
- Previous Aramco approval is mandatory. <br>
- Strong knowledge of Aramco HSE standards and procedures. <br>
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. <br>
