Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator capable of operating both bucket and hydraulic hammer attachments with precision and safety. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in excavation, trenching, demolition, and site preparation, ensuring smooth daily operations at construction sites across the Kingdom.

The Excavator Operator will be responsible for performing a wide range of earth‑moving and demolition tasks using heavy equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently under varying site conditions. Operators must be capable of handling both bucket operations (digging, loading, leveling) and hammer operations (breaking concrete, rock cutting, demolition).
The position plays a critical role in supporting project timelines, maintaining equipment condition, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators equipped with bucket and hammer attachments for various construction and demolition tasks.
• Perform digging, trenching, grading, loading, and material movement as required.
• Execute rock breaking, concrete demolition, and hard‑surface removal using the hammer attachment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, ensuring proper functionality and reporting any issues.
• Follow all safety protocols, site instructions, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the machine.
• Adhere to project schedules and complete tasks within assigned timelines.

Required Documents & Qualifications

1. Valid Iqama (Heavy Driver profession).
2. Valid Excavator Driving Licence.
3. Valid TUV / Third‑Party Certification.
4. Proven experience operating excavators with both bucket and hammer.
5. Ability to work in outdoor, fast‑paced construction environments.
