About the Role
We are seeking highly competent and SABIC E&PM–approved Safety Officers to join our team for an upcoming industrial project in Yanbu. The selected candidates will play a critical role in ensuring full compliance with SABIC safety standards, monitoring site activities, and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enforce safety protocols across multi‑disciplinary teams.
The Safety Officer will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and supporting the project management team in achieving zero‑incident performance throughout the project duration.

- Requirement: SABIC E&PM Approval (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with SABIC and project safety standards
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions
- Perform routine inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Prepare safety reports, incident logs, and corrective action plans
- Coordinate with project teams to enforce safety rules and emergency procedures
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices
- Support the HSE Manager in implementing project‑wide safety initiatives
Mandatory Documents
- Ajeer: Minimum 6‑month validity
- Iqama: Valid for at least 7 months
- Iqama Profession: Occupational Health & Safety Supervisor
