About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing large-scale industrial and construction projects, particularly within the oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors. This role ensures that all project phases—from initiation to commissioning—are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client specifications, Aramco standards, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and material management to support uninterrupted site operations.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco, international codes, and company quality and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and performance evaluations for senior management.
- Lead project meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- PMP certification required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial or oil & gas projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site operations under strict deadlines.
