About the Role
The Site Manager oversees all on-site activities, ensuring that construction operations especially API 650 tank erection are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering specifications. This role acts as the primary authority on the job site, coordinating teams and maintaining workflow continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, manpower distribution, and work sequencing.
- Supervise tank erection, welding, fabrication, and related construction activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and QC teams to maintain productivity.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, method statements, and safety procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely execution of tasks. - Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site requirements to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience in API 650 tank erection and industrial construction.
- Strong leadership and site coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multi-national workforces and high-pressure environments.
