About the Role
The Planning/Project Engineer is responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all activities align with approved timelines. This role provides analytical support to project leadership and ensures accurate reporting for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Track progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients and management.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather real-time data and update schedules accordingly.
- Analyze resource allocation, productivity rates, and performance indicators.
- Support project controls, cost monitoring, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling software.
- Experience in oil & gas or industrial construction projects.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
