About the Role
The Tank Erection Supervisor oversees all activities related to the construction and assembly of API 650 storage tanks. This role ensures that tank erection is performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise tank erection crews, welders, fitters, and rigging teams.
- Ensure compliance with API 650 standards and approved construction drawings.
- Monitor alignment, welding sequences, plate installation, and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with QC Inspectors for inspections, NDT, and quality documentation.
- Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of each tank stage.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks with the workforce.
- Report daily progress and highlight technical or material constraints.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience per active tank.
- Strong technical knowledge of tank erection procedures and safety requirements.
- Ability to lead multi-skilled teams in high-risk environments.
