About the Role
The Safety Officer ensures the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites. This role is essential for preventing incidents, protecting personnel, and ensuring compliance with Aramco terminal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency preparedness training.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as tank erection, lifting, and hot work.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Aramco safety representatives and ensure terminal compliance.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and daily reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Aramco terminal approval required (Yanbu North preferred).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and risk management.
- Excellent communication and workforce engagement skills.
