HIK Central Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled HIK Central Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Hikvision security ecosystems across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HikCentral Professional, integrating devices, ensuring system stability, and providing hands-on technical support for mission‑critical security operations.

This role requires strong technical expertise, field experience, and the ability to troubleshoot complex surveillance and access control environments. Candidates must be fully certified and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage HikCentral Professional across client environments.
• Integrate Hikvision devices including CCTV, NVRs, access control, intercoms, and related systems.
• Perform system setup, user management, permissions configuration, and monitoring setup.
• Troubleshoot system issues, connectivity problems, and device integration challenges.
• Conduct routine system health checks and ensure optimal performance.
• Support installation teams with technical guidance and configuration standards.
• Prepare documentation, configuration reports, and system handover files.
• Ensure compliance with Hikvision best practices and security protocols.

Requirements

• Strong, proven knowledge of HikCentral Professional configuration.
• Full understanding of Hikvision systems:
  • Installation & setup
  • Device integration
  • User & role management
  • Monitoring & event handling
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Valid HIK Central / Hikvision certification is mandatory.
• Immediate availability preferred.
