Bobcat Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Bobcat Operator to work on various construction and industrial sites in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating Bobcat/skid-steer machinery, following safety standards, and supporting site teams with day-to-day loading, unloading, and material handling tasks. This role is suitable for candidates who are already in Saudi Arabia with valid documents and are ready to join immediately.

You will work closely with site supervisors, safety officers, and other equipment operators to ensure smooth and safe operations. Punctuality, discipline, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Equipment operation:

  • Safely operate Bobcat/skid-steer loaders for excavation, backfilling, leveling, cleaning, and material movement on site.

• Site support:

  • Assist with loading/unloading materials, clearing debris, and preparing work areas as instructed by the supervisor.

• Safety compliance:

  • Follow all company and site safety rules, including PPE usage, traffic rules inside the site, and safe operating procedures.

• Daily checks and basic maintenance:

  • Perform basic pre-start checks (oil, fuel, hydraulics, tires, etc.) and immediately report any faults or damages to the supervisor.

• Coordination:

  • Work in coordination with other operators, riggers, and ground staff to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

• Housekeeping:

  • Keep the machine and work area clean and organized at all times.

Candidate requirements

• Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Bobcat or skid-steer operator (construction, industrial, or similar environment) is preferred.

• Documents required (must be valid):

  • Aqama (residency permit)
  • Driving Licence (relevant for equipment/vehicle operation)
  • TUV original (Advance Company)
  • Insurance

• Location:

  • Must be currently residing in Riyadh.

• Skills and attributes:

  • Ability to operate Bobcat safely and confidently
  • Basic understanding of site safety rules
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
  • Able to follow instructions from supervisors
