About the Role
A leading retail company is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the sales team and oversee daily operations at its branch in Dammam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising showroom operations and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
- Leading the sales team and preparing them to perform excellently.
- Monitoring inventory levels and organizing the showroom effectively.
- Providing regular reports to management about performance and sales.
Requirements:
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Strong leadership, sales management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in managing retail and sales operations.
- Full-time position, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
