Dump Truck Driver

The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy‑duty dump trucks to transport materials such as sand, gravel, rocks, and construction debris within the project site. The role requires strong driving skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in mining, construction, or industrial environments. Drivers must ensure timely delivery of materials, maintain vehicle condition, and support daily site operations under the supervision of site engineers and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy dump trucks for transporting materials within the project area.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely material movement.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (oil, tires, brakes, hydraulics).
• Report mechanical issues immediately to the maintenance team.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
• Follow all site safety rules, traffic guidelines, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and logistics staff.
• Support additional site tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Saudi Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating heavy dump trucks.
• Familiarity with construction or mining site operations.
• Ability to work long hours and in outdoor environments.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard prevention.
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding site conditions.
• Basic communication skills in Arabic or English.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in gold mines, quarries, or large construction projects.
• Experience with different dump truck models (Volvo, Mercedes, CAT, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting.
