Primary Responsibilities

• || Helpers support supervisors, technicians, and labor teams in completing assigned tasks across various project sections. Key duties include:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials.

• Preparing and arranging tools, equipment, and supplies for daily operations.

• Assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance activities under supervision.

• Cleaning and organizing work areas to maintain a safe and efficient site environment.

• Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE at all times.

• Coordinating with team members to ensure daily targets are achieved without delays.

• Upholding site discipline and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Skills & Eligibility

• || Candidates should demonstrate:
• Basic understanding of construction site practices and general labor tasks.
• Physical fitness for lifting, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work safely under supervision.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and punctuality.
• Valid Iqama, Muqeem, Insurance, and Medical Fitness Certificate (mandatory).
• Prior experience is an advantage but not required; a strong work ethic is essential.
