Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted operation of production facilities by developing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating repair activities, and optimizing asset reliability. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding of industrial equipment, and the ability to manage cross‑functional communication between maintenance, production, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all machinery and utilities.
• Review equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians, supervisors, and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Nestlé maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in maintenance planning within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
