About the Role
The Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all electrical components within the plant. The role requires strong technical expertise and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment functionality.
- Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in industrial electrical systems, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems is an advantage.
