About the Role

The Scaffolding Supervisor (ARAMCO Approved) will oversee and coordinate all scaffolding activities on Offshore Aramco projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. They will lead a team, manage schedules, and conduct regular inspections to guarantee the stability and compliance of scaffolding structures. Effective communication with project managers and Aramco representatives will be essential, alongside strong leadership skills to navigate the challenges of an offshore environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage scaffolding activities in offshore Aramco projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures for stability and safety.
Supervise and guide team members to achieve project goals effectively.
Coordinate with project managers and Aramco representatives to ensure smooth operations.

- Requirements: 
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in scaffolding roles, specifically in Aramco offshore projects. - Approvals: Must hold valid Aramco Offshore Approval. 
- Certifications:

BOSEIT Certification (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training).
H2S Certification (Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness and Safety Training).
 - Key Skills: 
- Leadership and supervision in challenging offshore environments. 
- Strong understanding of scaffolding regulations and best practices. 
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
 - Document Requirements: 
Candidates must provide the following: 
- Vendor Code. 
- Iqama Copy. 
- Passport Copy. 
- Muqeem Certificate. 
- Commercial Registration (CR) - Contract Details: 
 - Duration: 6 months with potential for extension. - Location: Offshore sites under Aramco jurisdiction.
