Operator

The Operator is responsible for running production lines, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring product quality according to Nestlé standards. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and ensure continuous line performance.
• Monitor product quality and report deviations immediately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support maintenance teams during breakdowns.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures at all times.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
• Assist in line changeovers and cleaning activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG production lines preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and follow strict operational procedures.
