About the Role
The Retail Field Sales Supervisor leads sales operations across assigned territories, ensuring product availability, visibility, and market share growth. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to drive sales performance through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide field sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in retail outlets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure execution excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
