About the Role
The <b>Security Manager</b> is responsible for implementing and overseeing comprehensive security measures to safeguard the organization’s assets, personnel, and facilities. This role includes developing security policies, managing a team of security staff, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with external agencies to ensure a safe environment. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and extensive experience in the security field.
Requirements
<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Oversee and ensure the security measures across all company facilities. <br>
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. <br>
- Supervise security staff and provide training as needed. <br>
- Conduct risk assessments and suggest preventive strategies. <br>

- Fluent in English. <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice). <br>
- 5/8 years of experience in the security field, with at least 2/3 years in a managerial role. <br>
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
