The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and extensive experience in the security field.

Requirements

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

  • Oversee and ensure the security measures across all company facilities. <br>
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. <br>
  • Supervise security staff and provide training as needed. <br>
  • Conduct risk assessments and suggest preventive strategies. <br>

  • Fluent in English. <br>
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice). <br>
  • 5/8 years of experience in the security field, with at least 2/3 years in a managerial role. <br>
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
