Helpers must be physically fit, adaptable, and capable of following instructions accurately. Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers by preparing tools, materials, and equipment.
• Transport materials across the site safely and efficiently.
• Support scaffolders, carpenters, and steel fixers during daily operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‑free work areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers.
• Perform basic manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleaning.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
• Learn and adapt to various site tasks as required.
