About the Role
The Multi Task Technician supports the company’s IT operations by maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth daily technical functionality across departments. The role requires hands‑on technical skills and the ability to respond quickly to system-related needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Support employees with technical requests and system access.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and system logs.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science.
- Experience in computer systems maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
More Requirements
- Proficiency in English.
- Passing the personal interview.
- Passing the medical examination (based on job nature).
