Piping Foreman

The Piping Foreman leads and supervises piping teams to ensure that all installation, fabrication, and modification activities are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical interpretation skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and multi‑disciplinary teams. The Foreman ensures productivity, quality control, and adherence to project timelines while maintaining strict discipline and safety compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of pipe fitters, fabricators, and helpers.
• Interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure correct installation, alignment, and support of piping systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and safety teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain productivity.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with permit‑to‑work procedures.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction documents.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial construction projects.
• Excellent communication, discipline, and safety awareness.
• Vendor Code (Mandatory).
