About the Role
This role focuses on managing customer communication channels, creating engaging marketing content, and supporting digital campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction. The specialist will design customer experiences, measure performance, and contribute to the company’s overall marketing strategy while working remotely in split shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication channels, respond to inquiries, and follow up.
- Create and write marketing content for social media platforms and the company website.
- Execute basic marketing campaigns such as posts and advertisements.
- Design digital marketing experiences and customer journeys.
- Measure customer experience and improve satisfaction levels.
- Use various tools to support marketing campaigns.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write marketing content.
- Proficiency in using design software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nature of Work
- Two shifts per day (morning and evening).
- Five working days per week.
- Remote work.
