Exhibition Operation Officer

The Exhibition Operation Officer oversees daily exhibition operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high product quality, proper display standards, and excellent customer experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures while coordinating product movement and supporting overall exhibition performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise operational activities in accordance with approved policies.
• Coordinate the receipt and delivery of food products for the exhibition.
• Ensure continuous product quality and proper product presentation.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the exhibition and organize product displays.
• Follow up on inventory and submit periodic reports to management.
• Uphold the highest safety standards in all exhibition-related activities.
• Enhance the level of customer and visitor service.

Skills & Qualifications

• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers.
• Minimum of one year of experience in operational food services.
• Ability to manage and interact with groups.

Nature of Work

• Two shifts per day (morning and evening).
