Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with Aramco and international safety standards.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and routine safety inspections.
- Review and approve work permits, ensuring all tasks are executed safely.
- Inspect and verify the condition of safety equipment, tools, and emergency systems.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for all site personnel.
- Organize and supervise emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and preparedness programs.
- Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to maintain a safe and cohesive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health, environmental regulations, and Aramco operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, safety logs, and regulatory records.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of offshore safety experience in industrial, oil & gas, or marine environments.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco safety protocols, occupational health standards, and environmental compliance.
- Certifications in industrial safety, offshore safety, or related fields (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, HUET, BOSIET).
- Excellent understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic offshore conditions.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to supervise teams and enforce safety measures effectively.
