Saudi Land Surveyors

The Land Surveyors will be responsible for carrying out all field and office surveying activities required for engineering and construction projects. This includes collecting accurate site data, preparing survey reports and drawings, and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure that all measurements and site layouts are precise and compliant with project specifications and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in surveying, experience with modern surveying instruments, and the ability to work efficiently on active project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Field surveying:
  Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for various engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Data collection and measurements:
  Use total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying instruments to collect accurate field data and measurements.

• Setting out and site layout:
  Mark reference points, levels, and alignments on site according to approved drawings and project requirements.

• Survey calculations and documentation:
  Perform necessary calculations, prepare survey sketches, and maintain accurate records of all survey data.

• Coordination with project teams:
  Work closely with engineers, designers, and site supervisors to ensure survey work supports project timelines and technical standards.

• Compliance and quality:
  Ensure all surveying activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

• Reporting:
  Prepare and submit survey reports, as-built data, and any required documentation to the project manager or engineering team.

Qualifications and experience

• Nationality: Saudi
• Education:
  Technical Diploma in Surveying (Land Surveying) or higher in a related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in using surveying instruments (total station, GPS, level, etc.).
  • Familiarity with survey-related software and basic CAD is an advantage.
• Other skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on site under varying conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
