About the Role
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation in accordance with company standards and client requirements, including Aramco and non‑Aramco projects. This role ensures that all technical documents, drawings, correspondence, and records are accurately logged, updated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to maintain strict document control protocols across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update document control systems, registers, logs, and filing structures.
- Receive, review, classify, and archive technical documents, drawings, and project records.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams, consultants, and clients.
- Track document revisions, approvals, and version control to avoid discrepancies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for document submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco and non‑Aramco documentation standards.
- Prepare reports, transmittals, and documentation summaries as required.
- Support project audits by providing accurate and organized documentation.
- Protect confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Document Controller in Aramco and non‑Aramco projects.
- Strong knowledge of document control software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
