About the Role
The Boom Truck Operator is responsible for operating heavy lifting equipment to support material handling, transportation, and installation activities across industrial construction sites. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate with rigging teams and site supervisors to ensure that all lifting operations are executed efficiently and in compliance with project standards. The operator must be capable of maneuvering boom trucks in confined or high‑activity areas while maintaining strict adherence to ARAMCO safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate boom trucks to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.
- Conduct pre‑operation inspections and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors during lifting operations.
- Follow ARAMCO‑approved lifting procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and daily activities.
- Report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Ensure safe operation in high‑risk or congested work zones.
Skills & Requirements
- ARAMCO approval for boom truck operation (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of rigging, lifting plans, and load charts.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely under varying site conditions.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and hazard identification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial or construction projects.
