Mechanical QC Supervisor

The Mechanical QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mechanical equipment installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities. This role ensures that all mechanical works meet engineering specifications, project requirements, and ARAMCO quality standards. The supervisor coordinates with construction teams, inspectors, and engineers to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inspections of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Verify installation, alignment, and testing of pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ARAMCO mechanical standards.
• Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and construction teams.

Skills & Requirements

• ARAMCO CBT approval (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Experience in industrial construction or oil & gas projects.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
