Coating QC Inspector

The Coating QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes to ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards and project specifications. This role ensures that protective coatings are applied correctly to prevent corrosion and extend the lifespan of equipment and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect surface preparation, blasting, and coating activities.
• Verify environmental conditions before and during coating application.
• Ensure compliance with ARAMCO coating standards and procedures.
• Conduct DFT, adhesion, and holiday testing.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
• Identify coating defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and QA/QC teams.

Skills & Requirements

• ARAMCO CBT approval (mandatory).
• Knowledge of coating standards (SSPC, NACE).
• Experience in industrial coating and corrosion control.
• Ability to use coating inspection tools and instruments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
