About the Role
The QC Manager leads the entire Quality Control department, ensuring that all project activities comply with ARAMCO standards, engineering specifications, and contractual requirements. This role involves managing QC teams, developing inspection plans, coordinating audits, and ensuring that all quality processes are implemented effectively across the project. The QC Manager plays a strategic role in maintaining project integrity, minimizing rework, and ensuring timely completion of quality‑related deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QC supervisors, inspectors, and technical staff.
- Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and ITPs.
- Ensure compliance with ARAMCO quality standards across all disciplines.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality audits.
- Review and approve inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client representatives.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve quality‑related issues.
- Ensure continuous improvement of quality processes.
Skills & Requirements
- ARAMCO approval (mandatory).
- Extensive experience in QA/QC management for industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and complex project requirements.
