About the Role
The E‑Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to generate measurable results that support brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve search ranking and website traffic.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Respond to online inquiries and maintain positive digital engagement.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and content‑creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly commissions based on performance
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
