About the Role

The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative needs.
  • Assist in preparing official letters, memos, and communication materials.
  • Handle visitor reception and office support tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly commissions based on performance
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
