About the Role
The Architectural Engineerwill oversee the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects within the company’s contracting and real estate divisions. The role requires technical expertise, creativity, and strong project‑management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and project layouts.
- Review project specifications and ensure compliance with Saudi building codes.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare BOQs, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Recommend design improvements and cost‑efficient solutions.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and project workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous experience in contracting or real estate projects is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
