Skilled Scaffolder

We are seeking experienced and safety‑focused Skilled Scaffolders to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with Saudi safety standards and project requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, physical fitness, and the ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced construction environments. Candidates must hold a transferable Iqama and be ready for immediate deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding systems for various construction and maintenance projects.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to ensure stability, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, load charts, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and safety officers to ensure proper installation and hazard control.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and scaffolding components in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and project guidelines.
• Assist team members in lifting, positioning, and securing scaffolding components.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skilled Scaffolder in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, safety protocols, and load‑bearing principles.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Nationalities accepted: India, Nepal, Bangladesh.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
