Electrical Engineer

A reputable engineering and construction company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join its project team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, supervising, and ensuring the safe and efficient implementation of electrical systems across various construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, field experience, and the ability to manage electrical works from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and reviewing electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, low-current systems, grounding, etc.).
• Preparing electrical drawings, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinating with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues during construction.
• Ensuring adherence to Saudi electrical standards and international codes.
• Supporting procurement activities by evaluating technical offers and material submittals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within construction or engineering projects.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong knowledge of electrical design software and engineering standards.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
