About the Role
TheFacility Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all company facilities. This role oversees day‑to‑day building management, maintenance activities, and operational support services. The Facility Officer coordinates with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the premises. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Facility Management
- Supervise the overall condition, organization, and readiness of company facilities.
- Ensure all areas—including offices, common spaces, and service zones—are maintained to company standards.
- Monitor facility usage and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Maintenance Oversight
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain logs of maintenance requests, completed work, and recurring issues.

Procurement & Operational Support
- Follow up on facility-related purchases, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Ensure timely availability of materials required for smooth facility operations.
- Evaluate vendor performance and support procurement in selecting reliable suppliers.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the facility complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Report hazards, risks, or incidents and support corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing safety procedures and emergency response plans.

Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain records of facility inspections, maintenance schedules, and service contracts. - Prepare periodic reports on facility status, operational needs, and improvement recommendations.
- Support management with facility-related planning and budgeting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facility management, building operations, or a related field.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage operational workflows.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
